This device has the ability to plant seeds and fertilizers separately and has two types of cylindrical distributor with grooves and teeth. The groove openers are shovel-shaped and the pressure on the groove openers can be done individually and collectively. The machine has systems for adjusting the depth and seed and fertilizer fall. The seed and fertilizer measuring tray is used to adjust the amount of fall seeds or fertilizers per hectare , The chassis and body of the planer machine  are high strength and equipped with a two-point connection system to the tractor.

2-  Seeder and  Fertilizer of  Fine Grains equipped  with Three Tanks

This machine has two mechanical jacks to adjust the depth in the rows located in the front and back of the machine  it is possible  to control  The performance  of loading and unloading seeds and fertilizer through the  machine  platform.    The furrow openers of the machine have control springs and the machine has an indicator to mark the land and control distance between the rows in large fields

The device has separate fine grain tanks and elastic springs with the ability to adjust control each of the device’s operating nozzles .

The machine has a strong main frame on which the parts of the machine are mounted, the three point linkage system of device  provide  easy position  to connect to the tractor. There is the Metal wheels for Control the working depth of  the machine on the ground . Due  to particular design   the advantages  of  machine  are as follows:

• It can give depth up to 7″ to 9″ in hard soil.
• The tines are adjustable   and resistant against any distorting strains

The multi-purpose cultivator is multifunctional. This cultivator is designed to operate in light and heavy soil with different plant covers and in difficult areas for cultivation The device can make the soil ready for planting with one pass in the field. The machine has large rigid tines to remove any bothersome soil layers. The design and construction of the spring-loaded multi-functional tiller made of suitable steel and parts with high hardness and resistance used in tillage operations. The device has the ability to adjust the depth and precise angles to penetrates better into the soil. For ease of movement, an adjustable three point linkage system is used.

The use of safety springs and shear pins allows the device to face hard obstacles in the path of movement. The special discs of the device have the ability to adjust the depth and angle suitable for crushing the clods left from the plowing operation, and the rollers of the device have the ability to adjust the depth and  Leveling the ground. Therefore The Cultivator consists of three main parts to perform tillage operations In the front part, the winged chisel cuts weeds while penetrating the soil and softens the soil for planting and flattens.

   Cultivator is mounted to tractor ‘s hydraulic lifting unit with three point linkage system. Therefore transportation to the field can be easily done. Chisel plough breaks the hard bottom of soil with long and angled tines. So that rain and irrigation water can reach easily to broken area and provided the water storage. So that the moisture can be kept for a long time and also unwanted effects of wind and erosion are decreased.

5-Mechanical Seeder Mounted with Fertilizers| Agricultural Seeder and Cultivator Machinery

 It has a simple and easy metering system that allows changing of seed varieties with less seed waste and provides assurance of better germination.

This Seeder is a combination of Rotary Tiller & Seed Planter , fertilizers with press wheels. It used for planting a wide variety of seeds like cereals and legumes.  This device has the ability to plant seeds and fertilizers separately Direct seeders are precision planters designed to directly plant and apply fertilizer in an untilled field.

These planters are able to cut and handle residue, penetrate the soil to the proper seeding depth, precisely place the seed and apply  fertilizer  at predetermined spacing and application rate and establish good seed-to-soil contact. Functional performance is affected by condition of the field and residue, design of coulters and furrow openers, seed and fertilizer metering devices, harnesses, general setting that affect ergonomics such as height of handles above the ground. The hydraulic system of the machine is able to open all the blades collectively for work and close them in transport mode.

Specifications and Features

The device has two types of distributor, grooved cylinder and oblique grooved cylinder. The pressure on the groove openers can be done individually and collectively .The device has a depth adjustment system and the amount of fertilizer and seeds per hectare. The gearbox of the Machine is continuously variable, The power transmission of the machine’s gearbox is carried out by chains and metal gears located at the back of the machine  and the seed and fertilizer measuring tray is used to adjust or calibrate the machine. The device has a three-point linkage  for transportation and for attaching to the tractor.

Application

This Mechanical   planter is used   for planting several kind of cereals and legumes  seed in rain-fed and irrigated fields as direct  planter and Fertilizer.
