Polishing spindle units

Special plated

• The plate diameter is  550 mm, and 8 to 10 abrasives can be mounted simultaneously.
• The slabs are polished at any angle as a result of the high dynamic stability design of these plates.
• Using ultra-advanced bumpers on these plates prevents damage to the stone and improves the quality of the polishing.
• One of the most important advantages of these plates is the reduction of abrasive consumption and final polishing uniformity of the stone width.

Animated bridge with a dynamic and stable design 

• The moving beam carrying the spindle is made of a special alloy metal sheet.
• Impact design, proceeded by locating the proper bridge center of gravity leading to the least vibration developed while bridge movement while machine operation, which made the KFT 5000 LUX MASTER Competitive with European machines.
• The speed of this moving bridge can be increased to 70 m/h,
